Taskforce Management
We provide structured taskforce management for complex regulatory projects, with a particular focus on active substance approval and renewal procedures for plant protection products and biocidal products, and management of cooperative groups for specific tasks in other areas.

When multiple partners contribute studies, expertise, funding, regulatory strategies, and dossier content as part of a joint regulatory approval, renewal, or data-sharing program, our experience and our regulatory and organizational expertise come into play. Effective coordination is essential to ensure alignment across scientific, regulatory and organisational workstreams and to keep timelines, responsibilities and deliverables under control. In addition to the success of the joint project, our guiding principles are to advance the project as efficiently as possible in terms of time and cost, while also protecting the individual resources and the confidentiality of studies, data, and know-how of each participant.
Our experience in regulatory taskforce coordination dates back more than 20 years, when we coordinated our first industry group supporting the approval of an active substance in plant protection. Since then, we have continuously expanded our activities and expertise in this field.
We support both the establishment and the day-to-day management of taskforces and consortia. This includes defining and establishment of efficient working structures, coordinating contributions from participating companies and external experts, managing timelines, milestones, and budgets, preparing and moderating meetings, data sharing under confidentiality aspects, tracking decisions and actions, and ensuring that relevant information is available in a clear and consistent form across the full project.
Our approach is structured, transparent and solution-oriented, always with an eye on cost-effectiveness. By acting as a central coordination point, we help ensure that complex collaborative projects progress efficiently, with clear governance, aligned responsibilities and reliable delivery across all parties involved.
